A La Carte

Peak Season:

Facility Rental:

  • 7 hour time block
    • 2 hour set-up – Vendor and client access at this time
    • 4 hour event time
    • 1 hour clean up
  • Additional time may be added
  • Set-up and break down
  • Tables (15 – 60 inch round, 4 – 8 ft rectangle, 2 – 48 inch round, 8 – highboy cocktail tables
  • Silver Chiavari chairs up to 200 guests
  • Use of Bridal suite + Groom’s Lounge
  • Venue Manager on site

Ceremony Rental:

  • $800
  • Adds one extra hour to event time
  • Ceremony Only event – $1750 plus venue manager $175
  • 4 location options ($200 extra for inside options)
  • 1 hour rehearsal time scheduled around other events
  • 200 white garden chairs

Venue Beverage service:

  • Venue staff
  • Venue provides nonalcoholic items, clear plastic cocktail cups, and ice
  • Security Officer (200+ guests or liquor being served)
  • 3 options –
    • $4.50/person – No alcohol
    • $4.50/person – Beer/Wine/2 Signature drinks
    • $6.50/person – Beer/Wine/Hard liquor

Additional Considerations:

  • Venue 92 Day-of Coordinator or approved Professional Planner/Coordinator required
  • Client provides alcohol, Venue 92 beverage service + staff required
  • Non-Preferred Caterers must agree to Approval Requirements and fee of $500 for Non-Preferred Caterers added to profile
  • Additional Items offered through Venue 92 such as linens, cake, draping, etc.

  • Professional and experienced coordinator
  • 3 month coordination service
  • Initial Consultation meeting
  • Attendance at Final Walk thru, rehearsal and event.
  • Directing of rehearsal and event

  • From $12,200 – $19,100 for 150 guests depending on options chosen and actual head count

    • 2 set-up hours, 5 event hours, 1 clean up hour
  • Set up and break down of ceremony and reception
  • Bridal Suite + Groom’s Lounge access from the start of your rental time
  • 4 ceremony locations ($200 extra for inside options)
